SBE Chapter 22 Expo Passport - Official Rules and Details

Participation

Expo Passports can be obtained free from the Expo registration desk.
Participants visit exhibitor booths in the Event Center and obtain
a signatures from exhibitors in all exhibitor aisles and rows.
To qualify for the prize drawing participants need to collect fourteen unique vendor signatures from bona fide SBE 22 Expo exhibitors, one from each accessable side of all nine booth clusters or rows.
Two signatures form the same row or adjacent booths do not count towards the final total needed for the drawing. Prizes include (1) iPad3, and (1) iPod Touch or other prizes to be determined.


Rules

Must be 21 years of age or older on October 11, 2012 to enter.
Must be a registered attendee of the 2012 SBE 22 Broadcast and Technology Expo.
All entry forms must have complete and legible contact information.
All entry forms must be free of tears, stains and markings that render signatures or contact information illegible.
All entries must be received at the SBE Expo Store located in the Event Center by 4:30 PM EDT on October 11, 2012.
Limit one entry per person.
Members of the SBE Chapter 22 CNY, Inc. Executive Board, SBE 22 Expo committee, employees of the Oneida Indian Nation and its affiliates, and 2012 SBE 22 Expo exhibitors are not eligible to participate.
Prize drawing to be held on October 11, 2012 at the SBE 22 Reception.
Entrants do not have to be present at the drawing to win.
All drawn Expo Passports are subject to verification.
Winners are required to provide valid proof of age in order to receive prize.
No prize substitutions will be offered or made.
Decisions regarding the awarding of prizes and verification of age and participation are to be made by the Executive Board of SBE Chapter 22 CNY, Inc. All decisions of the Executive Board of SBE Chapter 22 CNY, Inc. are final.
